About project SingleBe iRack

So, this bike has been built for a czech customer, who is living in Dresden (DE) and this bike should be for daily usage to travel to a workplace, for shopping etc.

As we like to introduce always something different, me and the customer agreed that we implement integrated rack, which could show another singlebe options and it is something not so common, and that’s always good.

 

Rack as well as rear seat stay is with a splitter so Gates carbon drive could be used and together with Alfine 11 hub it brings great performance and mainly it is without any maintenance.

 

 
Elegant fenders comes from Curana brand, easy to mount, very elegant and stiff due to aluminium/plastic sandwich technology.
 

 

Frame is Dedaccia Zero tube set, Tange sliding dropouts with our invisible stay splitter, integrated seat clamp and singlebe rigid fork with 15 mm 7075T6 axle. That’s amazing cherry candy paint, which is put over orange metallic paint and that ensures great semi transparent effect under the open sky and sun.
 

 

Final weight was 11.9 kg without pedals, quite good weight for a bike with rack and fenders.
 

 

Fast rolling wheels are mavic open pro tubular rims, very light, very classic together with another czech brand Tufo Primus 33 tubular tires. Semi on/off road tubular tires, so fast rolling but you can occassionally go light offroad, because the tires are very resistant against any puncture.
